Yellow dresser re-mix

It was bound to happen...the yellow dresser found a new home, and not just any home. It now belongs to a wonderful family with a real appreciation for the vintage flare that we have all come to love.

It has been repurposed as a media stand. It looks AMAZING used this way. We are all now jealous that we hadn't thought of it first. Major points for creativity Emily (not that you need any). green chair update...

The green chair has been officially sold. I knew it was adorable but I had no idea it would go so fast. Oh well, it won't be delivered to it's new home until next week so at least I get to stare at it until then : )

My favorite find

Here are some new pictures of the store complete with my favorite new green chair. I am having trouble parting with it but I know someone else will love it as much as I do! Enjoy...

Pictures

I went home yesterday evening after a day of rearranging and redecorating at the store and felt newly inspired to tear into my own house so out to garage I went. I pulled out a tattered old red screen and a dark wooden side table, among other things, and away I went. Just about everything in my kitchen, dining room and living received a new home.

Here I am down at the store again today only to find myself moving things around again to make room for a few more gorgeous items! I snapped a few pictures so enjoy and have an amazing Independence Day! (I feel a bit ridiculous even acting as though I have followers...this is only my second day as a blogger)

Our first post!

The day has finally arrived -please hold your applause, I have finally a)remembered my blog password and b)figured out how to use this new to me technology known as a blog!

The Vintage Market now has a nifty place to post pictures of some of the adorable stuff it contains inside. There has been a camera here EVERYDAY until the very day I decide to get the blog up and running so sadly, no pictures today except the very pathetic store front before we ever moved in.

Crazy Daze will be next weekend, July 9th and 10th downtown. The stores will have sidewalk sales outside. Everything inside our store will be on sale also so it will be the perfect opportunity to purchase that pricey item you have been eyeing for weeks! Thanks for reading!
